Calsoft's Learning Center focuses on both technology and methodology.
In technology, besides having detailed courses to sharpen the technical skills - from programming, code optimization, analysis and design to product architecture, there are periodic workshops to deliberate upon the new developments and practices In technology.
The primary focus of methodology training is on processes to make the employee effective at work. These include exposure tools, templates and guidelines for scoping, requirement analysis and implementation. Employees are also taken through business communication and interaction courses.
Situational analysis, case-study presentation, technology seminars are the other activities which CLC encourages. Usually the trainers are from within Calsoft. In select cases, external experts are invited to participate.
There is so much to learn by looking around, by sharing and by giving. Members of the Calsoft family attempt to do their best to the larger community around. During weekends and long holidays, you can see voluntary groups from within Calsoft family serving at various organizations in different ways to make a little difference to their lives.

is the other name for Milan. Once a month, all of us (who are in station) in Calsoft join together for a session of rollicking fun.
